Join us for our annual Halloween Havoc Student Showcase and Instructor Spotlight event!

Free Flow Fitness is ready to show off their bloody talented living beings on October 5 to kick off spooky season!!!

As a guest/ghoul, we encourage you to come dressed in your own spectacular costumes to match our wicked fun!

Seating is limited and once those tickets are gone, it will be standing room only!!! So grab your tickets quick before they’re gone!

At Free Flow Fitness

The first step into your pole journey is to say “hello” to the pole, then rest will come with time. This is the concept behind Free Flow Fitness’ Sunday afternoon class – Hello, Pole! Hello, Pole! Is a stepping stone into the world of pole dance for  individuals that are anxious to try their first pole class. Even though Level 1 is open to everyone of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, it can still be daunting. 

Welcome to Pole! will give you a more in depth introduction to pole dance with the same “go at your own pace” energy that is provided through the class Hello, Pole! Instructors Elle Noir and Marissa Rose are bigger bodied women that are focused on the basics and making sure you feel secure within yourself. 

This two hour event will start with a warm up before moving into some pole basics. Once you are feeling comfortable on the pole, participants will be split into smaller groups to work with Elle and Marissa individually. Marissa will lead you through combinations of the techniques you have just learned, forming it into a lite choreography. Elle will work with you on flexibility and floor work. Finally, end the event vibing with your friends and practicing what you have learned.

We don’t care who you vote for, as long as you DO! If civic duty isn’t enough of a driving force, maybe a free pole party will be enough to convince you to get out to the polls.

Active Free Flow students are welcome to join our *Poll* Jam for FREE with proof of voting! Take a selfie either with your sticker, outside of your polling place, or of you dropping your absentee ballot in the mail. Free Flow students, if you have a friend who also votes, they are welcome to join for $10.

Play on the poles, vibe with some fellow voters, and enjoy some light refresh refreshments.
