Clarissa Lewis aka Pride N' Pole (She/Her)
Clarissa, also know as Pride n’ Pole, started her pole journey in August of 2018 at Dollhouse Studios. Along with classes. she got a home pole and self trained at home. Now she is a certified pole fitness and certified twerk instructor at Free Flow Fitness where she teaches pole and twerk classes, twerk, heels, private lessons, and parties. She strives to help others feel the magical benefits of pole and dance fitness not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well.

Adrianne Martin (She/Her)
Adrianne is one of the fearless owners of Free Flow Fitness. Free Flow formally began in 2018 when the old studio, Foxy Fitness, came under new management.
This wild Leo is always looking for new adventure, trying new tricks, and embracing unique ideas. Adrianne is also a registered therapist and is here to support your growth in any way possible.

Lauren Meredith (She/Her)
Lauren has been a dancer throughout her life and adapted her love of dance into a more vertical format. Taking life one step at a time and modeling on the side, Lauren is here to do cool things and look beautiful in the process.

Taylor Jennings (She/Her)
Taylor began her pole journey in 2019 as a way to get back into exercise after the birth of her son. What started as a way to lose a little baby weight ended up becoming an important part of her life. Her confidence skyrocketed and she was able to embrace how sexy her body has always been!
Taylor’s classes are the definition of “free flow”: a nice mix of chaos and structure. Her evening classes are just like friends hanging out and learning things along the way.

Yolanda Green "Yo" (She/Her)
My name is Yolanda Green and I’m a Certified Xtreme Hip Hop Instructor with 3 1/2 years of experience. Xtreme Hip Hop is a high-energy, high-impact cardio exercise that combines step aerobics with old and new hip hop music. Our mission is to breathe life back into fitness, and make it enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age, culture, gender, or fitness level. We believe exercise should be something you look forward to, not dread. You will be guided through each step, so even if you’re new to Xtreme Hip Hop, you can keep up and have fun! Exercise should not feel like a chore.
